SECTION 37  

37   PRINCIPAL EXECUTIVE OF AGENCY  

The principal executive of an agency of a kind specified in column 1 of an item in the following table is the person specified in column 2 of the item:

	5A	A body or tribunal referred to in paragraph (ca) of the definition of agency in subsection 6(1)	The person responsible for the day-to-day management of the agency
