SECTION 84 (Repealed by 101 of 2006)   ADDITIONAL QUOTING GROUNDS IN SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES  

84    The Commissioner may authorise a registered person to quote a registration number, or an unregistered person to quote an exemption declaration, in special circumstances in which the person would not otherwise be entitled to quote.
