Taxation Laws Amendment Act (No. 4) 1994 (181 of 1994)

2   Commencement

(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act commences on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.
            

(2) Part 3 of Schedule 1, apart from item 86 of that Schedule, is taken to have commenced on 13 October 1994.
