74   Subsection 51(1)

Repeal the subsection, substitute:

(1) There is payable to the Authority such money as is from time to time appropriated by the Parliament:

(a) for the purposes of the Authority; or

(b) for the purposes of the performance by the Authority of a specified function of the Authority.
