Taxation Laws Amendment Act (No. 3) 1998 (47 of 1998)

2   Commencement

(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act commences on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Items 2 and 4 of Schedule 1 commence on the later of 1 July 1998 and the day after the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
