103   Subsections 362(1A), (2), (3), (3A), (4), (4A), (5), (6), (7) and (8)

Repeal the subsections.

Note: The heading to section 362 of the Corporations Law is replaced by the heading: “ Body's name etc. must be displayed at office and place of business ”.
