30   Section 9 (definition of subscriber )

Repeal the definition, substitute:

subscriber for securities that are interests in a managed investment scheme means any person:

(a) accepting an offer, or making an offer pursuant to an invitation, in respect of the interests; or

(b) subscribing for or buying the interests.
