Superannuation Legislation Amendment Act (No. 3) 1999 (121 of 1999)

2   Commencement

(1) Subject to this section, this Act commences on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Items 29 and 54 of Schedule 1 commence on 1 April 2000.

(3) Items 44 and 50 of Schedule 1 commence on 1 July 2000.
