SECTION 2   COMMENCEMENT  

2(1)    
Parts 1, 3 and 4 commence on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

2(2)    
Part 2 commences on the later of:

(a) 1 January 2001; and

(b) the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
