AVOIDANCE SCHEMES

EXEMPTION BY ASIC
1023U(1)
ASIC may, by legislative instrument, exempt a scheme, or class of schemes, from all or specified provisions of section 1023S .
1023U(2)
The exemption may apply subject to any specific conditions imposed by ASIC.
Note: This Chapter applies to a CCIV in a modified form: see Division 4 of Part 8B.7 .
