USING SUB-FUND NAME AND ARFN ON DOCUMENTS
1222W(1)
A CCIV must set out a sub-fund ' s name and ARFN on all its public documents and negotiable instruments that relate to the sub-fund.

An offence based on subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
