SECTION 1238F   FRAUDS BY OFFICERS

Section 596 applies in relation to a CCIV as if the following were officers of the CCIV:

(a)    a natural person who is an officer of the CCIV;

(b)    a natural person who is a director of the corporate director of the CCIV.
