SECTION 167AA   APPLICATION OF PART TO COMPANY LIMITED BOTH BY SHARES AND BY GUARANTEE  

167AA(1)   [ Company limited both by shares and guarantee]  

A company limited both by shares and by guarantee may change to one of the following types of companies under this Part:

(a) a proprietary company limited by shares;

(b) a public company limited by shares;

(c) a company limited by guarantee.

This Part applies to the change with any modifications that are necessary.
