SECTION 249M  

249M   NOTICE OF ADJOURNED MEETINGS (REPLACEABLE RULE - SEE SECTION 135)  
When a meeting is adjourned, new notice of the resumed meeting must be given if the meeting is adjourned for 1 month or more.
