A COMPANY CEASES TO BE AN ULTIMATE HOLDING COMPANY
If a company ceases to be an ultimate holding company in relation to a proprietary company, the proprietary company must notify ASIC of: (a) the name of the company that ceased to be an ultimate holding company in relation to the proprietary company; and (b) the date the cessation occurred.

Hide history noteIf a company ceases to be an ultimate holding company in relation to a proprietary company, the proprietary company must notify ASIC of: (a) the name of the company that ceased to be an ultimate holding company in relation to the proprietary company; and (b) the date the cessation occurred.
