SECTION 579D  

579D   EFFECT OF TERMINATION OR AVOIDANCE  

The termination or avoidance, in whole or in part, of a pooling determination does not affect the previous operation of:

(a) the pooling determination; or

(b) this Division in so far as it relates to the pooling determination.
