Schedule 1 Financial Services and Markets

Repeal the subsection, substitute:

(3) A notice under paragraph (2)(a) must:

(a) comply with the conditions specified in regulations made for the purposes of this paragraph; or

(b) if no such regulations are made - be in writing.
