Notice of application for confirmation or variation of pecuniary penalty order
The *responsible authority must give to the person written notice of an application for confirmation or variation of the * pecuniary penalty order.
The *responsible authority must give to the person written notice of an application for confirmation or variation of the * pecuniary penalty order.
Note:
If the authority applies for confirmation or variation of a pecuniary penalty order, it can also apply for an examination order under Part 3-1 .
