Chapter 4 sets out the following administrative matters: (a) the powers and duties of the Official Trustee (see Part 4-1 ); (b) the provision of legal assistance (see Part 4-2 ); (c) the Confiscated Assets Account (see Part 4-3 ); (d) charges over restrained property for payment of certain amounts (see Part 4-4 ); (e) enforcement of interstate orders in certain Territories (see Part 4-5 ).
