SECTION 5   Effect of cessation - regulations  

5(1)    
The regulations may make provision in relation to circumstances that arise because an offence against a law of a *participating State ceases to be a *relevant offence of that State.

5(2)    
Subclause (1) and clause 4 do not limit each other.
