SECTION 47   DECISIONS TO BE IN WRITING  

47(1)   [Decision must be in writing]  

A decision of the Commissioner under this Act or the regulations must be in writing.

47(2)   [Use of computers]  

Such a decision is taken to be in writing if it is made, or recorded, by means of a computer.
