Division 164 - Payments by the Commonwealth  

SECTION 164-5   Time and manner of payments  

164-5(1)    
Amounts payable by the Commonwealth to a higher education provider or other body under this Act are to be paid in such a way, including payment in instalments, as the Minister determines.

164-5(2)    
Payments of amounts payable by the Commonwealth to a higher education provider or other body under this Act are to be made at such times as the *Secretary determines.
