SECTION 24   VET provider to provide statement of general information  

24(1)    
A *VET provider must give to the Minister such statistical and other information that the Minister by notice in writing requires from the provider in respect of:

(a) the provision of vocational education and training by the provider; and

(b) compliance by the provider with the requirements of this Schedule.

24(2)    
The information must be provided:

(a) in a form (if any) approved by the Minister for the information; and

(b) in accordance with such other requirements as the Minister makes.

24(3)    
A notice under this section must not require the giving of information that a *VET provider is required to give to the Minister under clause 28 .
