Schedule 4   Amendment of the Maritime College Act 1978

5   Subsections 26(2) and (2A)

Repeal the subsections, substitute:

(2) The Council must appoint the Principal.

(2A) The Council must not appoint the Principal under subsection (2) without the Minister's agreement.
