Part 1   Amendments: general

Income Tax Rates Act 1986

786   Sub-subparagraphs 3(c)(i)(B) and (C) of Part I of Schedule 11

Repeal the sub-subparagraphs, substitute:

(B) if sub-subparagraph (A) does not apply - the reduced taxable income; and
