SECTION 150-10
RESIGNATION
Resignation to be given to corporation
150-10(1)
A member of an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation may resign as a member by notice given to the corporation.
Notice to be in writing (replaceable rule

150-10(2)
The notice must be in writing.
Register to be amended within 14 days of resignation
150-10(3)
Within 14 days after receiving the notice, the corporation must remove the member

s name from the register of members as a current member of the corporation.
Penalty: 5 penalty units.
150-10(4)
An offence against subsection
(3)
is an offence of strict liability.
