Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006
The Registrar may determine in writing that an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation is to cease to be under special administration on the date specified in the determination.
487-20(2)
A determination under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
487-20(3)
Without limiting subsection (1) , the Registrar may determine that the corporation is to cease to be under special administration if the Registrar is satisfied that it is no longer necessary for the corporation to be under special administration.
