SECTION 505-10
REGISTRAR TO APPOINT NEW SPECIAL ADMINISTRATOR IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES
505-10(1)
If the appointment of a special administrator for an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation terminates, the Registrar must, as soon as practicable after the termination of the appointment, appoint another person as special administrator for the corporation.
505-10(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply if the Registrar is satisfied that it is no longer necessary for the corporation to be under special administration.
