Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006
This section deals with the situation in which: (a) an administrator of an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation (the Corporations Act administrator ) is appointed under section 436A , 436B or 436C of the Corporations Act (as applied by section 521-1 of this Act); and (b) while that appointment continues, a special administrator for the corporation is appointed under Part 11-2 .

Section 496-10 deals with the effect of the special administrator ' s appointment on the Corporations Act administrator ' s powers.
521-15(2)
The Court may order that the administration of the corporation under Part 5.3A of the Corporations Act (as applied by section 521-1 of this Act) is to end.
521-15(3)
The order may be made on the application of: (a) the Registrar; or (b) the special administrator for the corporation; or (c) any other interested person.
521-15(4)
The order may be made subject to conditions.
