SECTION 599-1 WHAT THIS CHAPTER IS ABOUT

This Chapter deals with a number of aspects relating to the administration of this Act, namely:

• protection of information (see Part 15-2 );

• protection of the Registrar and certain other persons from liability in performing duties etc. (see Part 15-3 );

• review of decisions (see Part 15-4 );

• fees (see Part 15-5 );

• the power to make regulations etc. (see Part 15-6 );

• approved forms (see Part 15-7 ).
