44   Subsection 3(1) (definition of AUSTRAC )

Repeal the definition, substitute:

AUSTRAC means the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre continued in existence by the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006.
