Schedule 1 Consequential amendments etc.

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

(b) the eligible policy is held by the trustee of:

(i) a complying superannuation fund; or

(ii) a complying approved deposit fund; or

(iii) a pooled superannuation trust; or
