SECTION 241-65 COMPLAINANT TO BE KEPT INFORMED
241-65(1)
The Private Health Insurance Ombudsman must keep the complainant informed about the Private Health Insurance Ombudsman
'
s handling of the complaint.
241-65(2)
The Private Health Insurance Ombudsman must inform the complainant in writing of:
(a)
any action taken by a private health insurer, a *health care provider or *private health insurance broker as a result of the Private Health Insurance Ombudsman
'
s handling of the complaint; and
(b)
any recommendations made by the Private Health Insurance Ombudsman under section 241-55;
and the reasons for the action or recommendation.
