43   Section 9 (definition of liquidator )

Repeal the definition, substitute:

liquidator :

(a) has a meaning affected by paragraph 530(b) (which deals with 2 or more persons appointed as liquidators); and

(b) in Chapter 7, includes a provisional liquidator.
