Schedule 1 Improving outcomes for creditors

Repeal the subsection, substitute:

(2) The deed's administrator must convene the meeting by giving written notice of the meeting:

(a) to as many of the company's creditors as reasonably practicable; and

(b) at least 5 business days before the meeting.
