Division 140 - Terms and conditions of appointment of members of the Advisory Board  

SECTION 140-30   RESIGNATION  

140-30(1)    
A general member may resign his or her appointment by giving the Minister a signed notice of resignation.

140-30(2)    
The Chair may resign his or her appointment as the Chair without resigning his or her appointment as a general member (if applicable).

140-30(3)    
The Deputy Chair may resign his or her appointment as the Deputy Chair without resigning his or her appointment as a general member (if applicable).

140-30(4)    
A resignation takes effect on the day it is received by the Minister or, if a later day is specified in the resignation, on that later day.
