SECTION 85-25  

85-25   OBJECTIONS  
A registered entity that is dissatisfied with any of the following decisions may object against it in the manner set out in Part 7-2 :

(a)    a decision to give a direction;

(b)    a decision to vary a direction;

(c)    decision not to vary or revoke a direction after considering whether to vary or revoke it in accordance with subsection 85-20(6) .
