Schedule 1 Amendments relating to the wheat export accreditation scheme

Repeal the subsection, substitute:

(1) Only the Secretary may apply for a civil penalty order in relation to a contravention of any of the following provisions:

(a) subsection 8(1) or (5);

(b) subsection 25(5) or (6).
