Amending Acts 1990 to 1999 Repeal Act 2016 (5 of 2016)

3   Repeals of Acts

(1) Each Act mentioned in Schedule 1 is repealed.

(2) The repeal of an Act by this section does not affect the continuing operation of any provision of the Act made or expressed to be made for an application, saving or transitional purpose (or that makes provision consequential or related to such a provision).
