A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999

1   After subsection 9-25(3)

Insert:

(3A) A supply of goods that is an *offshore supply of low value goods is connected with the indirect tax zone if it is connected with the indirect tax zone under Subdivision 84-C.
