SECTION 22
REVIEW OF DECISIONS
22(1)
Applications may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for review of a decision of the Registrar made under this Act, or under the data standards or disclosure framework.
22(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply to a decision to make, amend or repeal a data standard or the disclosure framework.

[ CCH Note: S 22(1) will be amended by No 38 of 2024, s 3 and Sch 1 item 56, by substituting " Administrative Review Tribunal " for " Administrative Appeals Tribunal " , effective at the same time as the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 commences. However, the provisions do not commence at all if that Act does not commence.]
