Australian Security Intelligence Organisation Act 1979

2   Section 4 (paragraph (ba) of the definition of politically motivated violence)

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

(ba) acts that are offences punishable under Subdivision A of Division 72, or Part 5.3, of the Criminal Code; or
