Telstra Corporation Act 1991

15   Section 8BD (paragraph beginning "Telstra's Chairperson")

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

• A Telstra successor company's Chairperson, and a majority of a Telstra successor company's directors, must be Australian citizens.
