SECTION 13
INSTRUMENTS MAY PROVIDE FOR APPLICATION TO TRIBUNAL FOR REVIEW
13(1)
A legislative instrument may provide for an application to be made to the Tribunal for review of a decision made under the instrument.
13(2)
Subsection (1) does not limit any other Act or instrument made under an Act.
