SECTION 72
TRIBUNAL MUST NOTIFY PARTIES OF TRIBUNAL CASE EVENT
General rule
72(1)
Before a Tribunal case event in relation to a proceeding, the Tribunal must give written notice to the parties to the proceeding of the date, time and place of the Tribunal case event.
Exception - non-participating party
72(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply in relation to a non-participating party to the proceeding or Tribunal case event.
