134   Section 9

Insert:

FMI banning order (short for financial market infrastructure banning order) means an order made under subsection 853H(1).

FMI licensee means:

(a) a market licensee; or

(b) a CS facility licensee; or

(c) a derivative trade repository licensee; or

(d) a benchmark administrator licensee.
