83   At the end of section 821D

Add:

(2) A CS facility licensee must give a person authorised by the Reserve Bank such reasonable access to the facility as the person requests for any of the purposes of this Part or Part 7.3B.

Note: Failure to comply with this subsection is an offence: see subsection 1311(1).
