(a) is of information relating to the entitlement of an entity to a tax offset for an income year under Division 421 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 (which is about the hydrogen production tax offset), including information about the amount of such a tax offset; and (b) is for the purpose of administering the program known as Hydrogen Headstart. |
