COMMENCEMENT
The following provisions of these Regulations commence on 1 July 1994:
(a) Division 2.2 ;
(b) Subdivision 2.8.2 ;
(c) Regulations 3.10 , 3.11 and 3.12 ;
(d) Division 6.5 ;
(e) Parts 9 and 10 ;
(f) Regulation 11.08 ;
(g) Part 12 .
The following provisions of these Regulations commence on 1 July 1994:
(a) Division 2.2 ;
