12A.04   APPLICATION OF DIVISION 2  

This Division applies in relation to:

(a) a New Zealand-sourced amount received by a complying superannuation fund from a KiwiSaver scheme; and

(b) the treatment of a New Zealand-sourced amount in a complying superannuation fund.
